Just as consumers have become more concerned with the origins, production methods, and health impact of the food they eat, they are increasingly conscious of the quality of the water they drink.
Our countertop ionisers are typically positioned back in the food preparation area, connected to a cold water tap - as opposed to front of house or customer facing.
They require mains electricity and come with a range of faucet adapters to ensure compatibility with your fittings and which allow you to run water freely from the tap or to divert it into our ioniser.
Water from our countertop ioniser is used to fill self-service water dispensers, customer bottles, on request, anti-bacterial spray bottles and degreasing spray bottles, as well as in preparation bowls used for washing produce.
We recommend providing customers with a choice.
In one dispenser, pH 9.5 hydrogen-rich drinking water, with more information available via a QR code and via staff having been briefed by our team.
In the other, pH 7.0 clean, filtered drinking water, recommended to consume alongside food.
We can provide dispensers with information or supply information stands to go alongside your existing set-up.
In addition to hydrogen-rich ionised drinking water, our machines produce two types of cleaning water.
pH 2.5 cleaning water - or hypochlorous acid -
is a non-toxic anti-bacterial which is more effective on germs than bleach.
pH 11.5 emulsifying water is a
degreaser that can be used to get
rid of oil, dirt, & grime on ovens,
surfaces, pots and pans.
Our strong alkaline water can also strip oil-based nasties from your produce and keep food fresher for longer. Just soak for 10 minutes.
